Objection Prep
Write down the questions you are hoping nobody asks. Sort each one by what it is actually asking for, then draft the answer while you are calm instead of while the chair is looking at you.
Nothing is sent anywhere. Your answers stay in this browser, and you can clear them at any point.
What are you hoping they do not ask?
Not the likely questions — the uncomfortable ones. Aim for five or six. If you cannot think of any, you have found something more useful than this tool: ask a colleague who was not involved to read your deck and tell you what they would push on.

Question 1
Read these out loud once before you go in.
One more decision
Look at anything you marked as not really a question. Those are the real risks in the meeting. For each, decide now whether to raise it yourself in your opening — same information, arriving as thoroughness rather than as something you were caught not mentioning.

This is one step. There are nine.
The Planner keeps every presentation you prepare rather than one at a time — the opening you built, what you decided to cut, the questions you were asked, and how it actually went. One HTML file, works offline, no account, and nothing you write in it ever leaves your machine.
