Right of Withdrawal
Your statutory rights as a consumer, and how to exercise them.
Withdrawal policy
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — Katharina Schreiner Consulting, Katharina Schreiner, Taunusstraße 29, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, hello@room-remembered.com — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
Services beginning during the withdrawal period
If you asked us to begin performing a service (for example a Deep-Dive session or a coaching session) during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Digital content: the Planner
The Planner is digital content that is made available for download immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly request that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period and confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun (§ 356 (5) BGB). The checkout asks you to answer this before payment, in the language of the Planner you are buying, with nothing pre-selected:
“Yes — I request immediate delivery and accept that my right of withdrawal expires as a result.”
The alternative answer is a cancellation: select it and we refund the payment in full rather than treating the purchase as one you wanted. The withdrawal rights described above continue to apply in full to Room Ready, the 1:1 Deep-Dive and 1:1 Coaching.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may fill in this form and send it back to us — but you are free to use any other clear statement instead.
