Right of Withdrawal

Draft — have this reviewed by a lawyer before going live. Especially important for the Planner: for digital content with instant download, the right of withdrawal only expires if the customer EXPLICITLY consents before purchase and confirms they understand that the right of withdrawal is lost as a result (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code). That needs to be an actual checkbox at checkout, not just text on this page.
