Everything that has to be decided, in the order that saves you the most
It walks you from the room you are walking into to the sentence you want repeated after you have left — and makes you write each one down, because a decision you have not written down is not a decision yet.
- ✓Who decides, who doubts you, and what has to be true when you leave
- ✓Your one message, forced down to a single sentence
- ✓A first line that buys attention, and a last line they can repeat
- ✓Storyline and slide logic — after the thinking, not before it
- ✓Delivery, a rehearsal pass, and the questions you'd rather avoid
- ✓A review afterwards, so the next room starts ahead of this one
- ✓Available in English, German, French, Spanish — you pick your language
This is the actual thing
Inside the real Planner: the questions it makes you answer, the rehearsal prompt it writes out of your answers, the card you take into the room, the library, and what your last presentations end up telling you about yourself.
One presentation, from the day you hear about it.
You buy it for the room in front of you. What makes it worth keeping is that it is still working four rooms later.
- Two weeks out
You find out you are presenting.
Before a single slide exists, you name the room: who actually decides, who is quietly against it, what they already believe, and what has to be true when you walk out. Most of what goes wrong later is decided here, by not asking.
- The weekend before
Everyone else rehearses the deck.
You settle the sentence you want repeated, the line you open with and the line you leave behind. Then the Planner writes a rehearsal prompt out of your own answers — down to what your sceptic is worried about. Record yourself, hand both to any AI, and hear what is wrong before a colleague does.
- Ten minutes before
Corridor. Coffee. Pulse.
Your Room Card: the message, the first sentence, the last sentence, and the one thing not to forget — on a single screen, printed or on your phone. Beside it, one page from the library on voice, posture or handling pushback, short enough for exactly these two minutes.
- The evening after
You are replaying it at the kitchen table.
Two minutes, while it is still true: what the decider actually did, what landed, what you would do differently. Tagged rather than written into a diary nobody reopens — because being remembered is settled after you leave, not during.
- Four rooms later
Something you could not see from inside one.
How ready you felt, held against how it actually went. The gap between those two numbers is usually the surprise — and the tag that keeps reappearing is the one thing worth rehearsing before the next room. That is the part a course cannot give you, because it has to be yours.
"So it's… a file?"
Yes — deliberately. It is one page that opens in your browser and behaves like a private workspace. Not a PDF you fill in once and lose, and not another tool with a login you forget.
Your entries stay on your own device. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is synced, no account exists. The notes for your board presentation never sit on someone else's server — which, for the rooms this is built for, is the point.
- ✓Double-click. It opens. That's the setup.
- ✓Works on the train, in a basement, mid-flight
- ✓Keeps every presentation, and compares them for you
- ✓Export a copy for another device whenever you want
- ✓No subscription, ever
Roughly the taxi to the meeting.
A year of work can come down to eleven minutes in front of people who decide. The Planner costs less than the ride there — and it is the only part of that day you can still control the night before.
Before you buy
Is it just a form to fill in?
No. Alongside the questions there is a library of concrete tips on voice, posture, slides and handling pushback; a Room Card you take into the room; a rehearsal prompt written out of your own answers for any AI; a two-minute review for afterwards; and a running comparison across every presentation you prepare with it — including how ready you felt against how it actually went.
What format is the Planner in?
An interactive HTML file you open in any browser — on your laptop, tablet or phone. Nothing to install, and it works offline once you've saved it.
What languages does the Planner come in?
English, German, French, Spanish, with more on the way. You choose your language before you buy, and you'll receive that version.
Do I have to renew or subscribe?
No. One payment, and the file is yours. It keeps every presentation you prepare with it, so it gets more useful over time rather than expiring.
Why an HTML file and not an app?
Because an app would mean an account, a server and your presentation notes living somewhere else. This runs entirely on your machine, works offline, and keeps your entries between presentations — which a PDF cannot do.
What if it turns out not to be for me?
Write me one line within 14 days and I will send the money back — no form and no reason needed, and you keep the file. This is a promise I make on top of your statutory rights, not instead of them.
Do I need prior experience?
No. The Planner is built so you can fill it in directly, with no prior knowledge.
What if I want more support?
Room Ready or the 1:1 Deep-Dive are the natural next step — see every format.
