For people who are done winging it when it counts. You bring the one or two presentations that actually matter over the next six weeks, and we work them through properly — outcome, story, slides, the room, and how you show up in it.
Nothing here is generic, because generic is what you have already tried.

When it stopped being one presentation.
The signs are consistent. The work is already strong, but it keeps needing a translator. You are asked to send something round rather than present it. Your ideas get adopted with someone else's name on them. You are described as thorough — which is a compliment about your output and a silence about your presence.
That is not a preparation problem. It shows up in every room rather than one, and six weeks is roughly what it takes to move it.

I take a small number of people at a time, and only the ones it will work for. So this begins with twenty minutes on a call — and if it is not right, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Twenty to thirty minutes, free. What is coming up, what keeps happening, and whether six weeks will actually change it.
If it fits
You get a payment link and we agree a start date. No automatic charge, no pressure on the call itself.
Six weeks
Four sessions, two check-ins around your key room, and reviews in between. You finish with a blueprint you can run again alone.
Before the call
Does the intro call cost anything?
No, and there is nothing to decline at the end of it. If it is not a fit I will tell you, because a programme that does not work for you is worse for me than no programme.
How does payment work?
After the call, if we both think it fits, you get a secure payment link. Nothing is charged without your say-so.
What if my presentation is next week?
Then this is the wrong product and the 1:1 Deep-Dive is the right one. Coaching is for the pattern, not the emergency.
Can we work in German?
Yes. Sessions run in whichever of English or German suits you better.
